Jianlin Group: Driving Industrial Upgrading Through Independent Innovation, Achieving Breakthroughs in Four Core Technologies
Recently, Jianlin Group has achieved significant progress in the independent research and development of core raw materials, successfully overcoming four key technical bottlenecks and realizing stable mass production. The company continues to deepen its efforts in high-performance material applications and green manufacturing, and has now introduced four innovative achievements that lead the industry. These breakthroughs are widely applied in various high-end manufacturing sectors, including automotive, electronics, medical, and security industries.

Key Core Technology 1: TPE Skin Material Replaces Traditional Wrapping Process, Enabling Green and Efficient Production
To address issues in traditional automotive interior production, such as low material utilization and complex processes associated with leather wrapping, the company has independently developed TPE skin material. This innovation achieves an integrated process of skin injection molding and in-mold cladding. The technology increases material utilization to up to 90% and enables automated production without the need for heating, significantly improving production efficiency and product consistency while reducing costs. It is widely applicable to automotive interior parts such as pillar trim panels and fender trim panels.

Key Core Technology 2: High-Gloss Paint-Free Materials Lead the New Trend in Eco-Friendly Manufacturing
Through innovative material modification, the company has successfully developed high-gloss, paint-free materials, completely replacing traditional spray painting processes. Conventional techniques require multiple steps of spraying and baking, which are associated with high pollution, significant energy consumption, and low yield rates. By utilizing this new material, products can achieve a high-gloss or metallic finish through a single injection molding process without the need for subsequent surface treatment, realizing “injection molding yields finished products ready for packaging.” This significantly shortens the production process, reduces VOC emissions, and enhances both environmental performance and production efficiency.

Key Core Technology 3: Pure Transparent 5VA Flame-Retardant PC Material
The company has successfully developed a pure transparent polycarbonate (PC) material with 5VA flame-retardant performance, becoming one of the few domestic enterprises to master this technology. The material features a light transmittance of 85%-90% and a heat deflection temperature of 120°C to 135°C, allowing for long-term stable use in environments up to 100°C. It exhibits excellent fire resistance, impact resistance, and heat resistance. During combustion, it is non-flammable, produces no molten drips, does not burn through, and is self-extinguishing upon flame removal, offering superior safety performance. Having passed rigorous validation by overseas mining electrical appliance clients, the material has led to the establishment of deep strategic cooperation. It is widely used in fields such as high-end electronics, professional lighting, security systems, medical equipment, charging piles, and industrial control equipment.

Key Core Technology 4: PC/PPO Alloy Material with Low Dielectric Loss Empowers the 5G Era
The company’s independently developed PC/PPO alloy material is prepared using polycarbonate (PC) and polyphenylene oxide (PPO) as the matrix, through compatibilization modification, synergistic toughening, and a stabilization formula. This material integrates the high toughness and strength of PC with the low moisture absorption, high dimensional stability, low dielectric properties, and high heat resistance of PPO. It boasts five core advantages: extreme dimensional stability, a balanced combination of strength, toughness, and heat resistance, low dielectric loss, inherent flame retardancy and environmental friendliness, and excellent resistance to stress cracking. As a preferred material for 5G applications, vehicle-mounted radar, and radomes, it is widely used in fields such as server structural components, vehicle-mounted millimeter-wave radar covers, and instrument panel frames.

Jianlin Group remains committed to technology-driven development and a green manufacturing orientation, continuously advancing the innovative application of polymeric materials in high-end manufacturing. In the future, the company will continue to deepen its core technology research and development, support industrial transformation and upgrading, and provide global customers with safer, more environmentally friendly, and more efficient materials and solutions.
